Business Analyst

Responsibilities

  • Research pitching knowledge, design pitch together with designer and execute pitching presentation
  • Collect requirements and write requirement specifications
  • Manage every stakeholder to deliver requirement sign-off within the restricted time frame.
  • Arrange and run requirement/survey meetings
  • Help design, document and maintain system processes
  • Provide the user acceptance test (UAT) cases document for the clients
  • Communicate with our developers and testers. Get them to understand the requirements and bridge the gap between users and developers
  • Summarize the requirement into the documents for the development by the internal team, and for the confirmation by the external stakeholders
  • Collaboration and support with the internal development and testing team in understanding the requirement, gap, and issue analysis
  • Report on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to product team.
  • Document any identified required changes, and communicate them to the relevant third parties/colleagues.
  • Facilitating the negotiation of requirements among multiple stakeholders.
  • Training and transfer of the implemented software to the external stakeholders and the internal customer support team
  • Self-management of the working time for the work products and tasks in responsibility along with the project plan
  • Others as assigned by the Team lead

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related fields.
  • 3+ years experience in business or system analysis for information technology projects or software development process, with insurance or finance business is a plus
  • Experiences in pitching new project or client is a plus
  • Logical thinking and strong analytical skill.
  • Good command of English.
