KISS of Beauty recognizes the significance of the environment within the organization, particularly regarding safety standards. There was a previous incident involving an employee with a criminal record prompted the establishment of an employee screening policy. Currently, all employees are screened before beginning employment. To build confidence and safety in the workplace, however, when a company follows the original procedure in conducting the employee background check, it must wait 15 to 30 days for the result due to a complicated document preparation process.
